WHAT I LOVE
The best part of my job has to be getting to know the couples and families that I work with. I love maternity shoots, there is something so special about capturing a mum and dad to be in that magical place between worlds - the world of parenthood. Maternity photography is often the start of a journey getting to know a family, which then makes it extra special to go on and shoot their precious, beautiful newborn baby when they arrive.

My love of photography started at a young age when my sister and I would submit an entry into the junior category a yearly photography competition my grandparents. Annoyingly, she actually won one year but we're not bitter or anything. Since then I had always been a keen amateur, combining my second love of adventure travel with photography and photographing some incredible places around whilst travelling with my (now) husband.
My career for a long time was in the world of automotive event management (my third love - fast cars), It was a dream job, but there is only so long you can spend living out of a suitcase and being delayed in airports and I knew I wanted a new challenge, particularly when my daughter came along. I was then asked to do a family photography shoot for a friend and that was that - I was hooked. I started retraining, studying and launched WILD AT HEART PHOTOGRAPHY UK

I'm based in Yateley, North Hampshire but I cover up to a 20mile radius around this area (Hampshire, Berkshire & Surrey). I have a few favourite locations that I love to shoot at, but if you have a favourite spot then I'm happy to travel. Travel further than 20miles from Yateley is charged at 50p per mile (travel into London may be higher).
For newborn shoots, the simplest option is for me to come to your home. This also takes the pressure off having to out the house with a newborn (believe me, I know). If you are based outside my radius the travel fee of 50p per mile applies.
